America is such different country yet a percentage deserve to exist versus the challenging ones that exist... and deserve but are a challenge & often embarrassment to White House & State departments plus the majority of the American people

Not that other country is competing it's just sad conflict for nothing... sad pathetic conflict

Catering to... to allocate & segregate demographic categories as a well used global standard respected by many countries with earth's history considered 

Law + self Governance. Expected social norms 

How to manage people & Govern order & law influencing persons to do well & maintain themselves in larger numbers. A form of social engineering

Incentives - influenced motivation to generate good people of good morals & standards with boundaries for order over the majority of a heard of persons to ensure political - conflict is low & people band together with social expectations
