I, Dr Sydney Bennett feel the global population is ready & can handle the public display for 10 variations of what Havana Syndrome causing neurological - technology 

We want to show the global general public the technology connected to a body in a controlled environment on display while we allow people to review the H.I.3 Case plus specific other international cases in comparison then others with similarities 

Live television & court review plus actual event review so those sitting beaide the devices we will & want to use are able to see the effect it has on the physical body while it is unmanned to partially & fully manned 

I, Dr Sydney Bennett am willing to be a candidate to use for this purpose alongside a list of specific others under Cypress International Biotechnology policies, rules & standards 

Havana Syndrome case reviews in media neglected to include the wireless technologies & to shelve how they work when connected to a body

We will be executing those persons & anyone we map - connecting them to internationally 

These persons have no legal.or private right so we will be having their bodies connected to 3D print technology to take over control of their bodies so they agree with us & if they refuse still we will administer behavioral modification efforts with detention practices repeatedly until they play ball
